With the easing of the lockdown to level 2 in South Africa, the nation was pretty excited and many went about their businesses with a new bounce to their feet. The pair of DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small, amapiano kings extraordinaire, were not left out…
While many were content to just inhale the air of some freedom, the Scorpion Kings were in a celebratory mood and actually stormed a designer store. By the time they left, they were laden with designer outfits, from Al Capone to Dolce and Gabbana.
They flaunted their purchases on their Instagram pages, leaving fans gaping in excitement and amazement. Apparently the lockdown hadn’t been hard on them and their resources have not depleted seriously. Hence the shopping spree.
Well, there’s actually nothing novel about the recent splurge on designer brands, DJ Maphorisa, for one, is famous as a lover of designers and flaunts a wardrobe of them. His love for Gucci is especially noted, but he rocks other brands as well.
