DJ Sbu reveals that he has been accepted to participate in a new Guiness World Record competition.
There goes another Mzansi celeb making us look good. DJ Sbu is about to make the country proud as he sets to change the world record for the longest marathon for a radio music show DJ.
The popular DJ and business man revealed that he would be streaming music on the radio for a total 200 hours. That’s from December 15th to the 31st. That’s just mind blowing. It will be aired via all his social media platforms. This is no small feat and we honestly can’t wait to see him achieve it.
He shared the acceptance email he got from the Guiness Book of Records approving his application and giving him details about the previous record, he wrote:
BREAKING NEWS!
I’d like to announce that we will be setting a new world record for the Longest Marathon For A Radio Music Show DJ from December 15th to December 31st streaming for over 200 hours nonstop live on all my social media platforms.

He also welcomed brands to sponsor the move. In case you’re still confused, he would be streaming music live for a total 16 days. That’s all through Christmas.
