DJ Sbu Dismisses Zahara’s Claims TS Records Owes Her Money

The war of words continues between DJ Sbu, co-owner of the now-defunct TS Records, and one-time label signee Zahara.

The songstress recently claimed in a chat with MacG on the set of  Podcast and Chill With MacG that TS Records was owing her million in royalties from the sale of her music.

Contrary to what Zahara stated in her interview, DJ Sbu claimed in a statement that it was actually Zahara that owned TS Records money. She probably didn’t know, this, however, he conceded.

According to the DJ, who owns the energy drink Mo Faya, Zahara was a millionaire when she left the record label, but he can’t tell what happened to her funds soon after she left. You can check out the clips below.

By the way, Zahara is yet to respond to DJ Sbu’s latest claims. The songstress recently signed a record label deal with Warner Music and released an album titled “Nqaba Yam.” Following the label deal, she had reportedly fired her manager and bid him move out of her apartment.
