Never known to mince words on his Podcast and Chill, MacG ignited Mzansi’s social media when he stated that DJ Sbu was gay.
In a recent episode of the podcast during which MacG spoke with Jub Jub, the podcast host had insinuated that the Mo Faya boss was gay.
Jub Jub had asked what MacG thought of gay men, and MacG, who’s the host of the podcast, insisted that he loves them. He’d added that he has gay friends, including DJ Sbu.
Reacting to the interview, DJ Sbu had called both his brothers and asked if that was how they were thanking him. Some social media users thought both Jub Jub and MacG were only joking, and that DJ Sbu shouldn’t have taken both too seriously. See the post below,
By the way, the same interview actually tossed Jub Jub into deeper problems. After it aired, actress Amanda Du-Pont had taken to Instagram to claim that Jub Jub raped her when they were in a relationship.
Her claims lead to emotional eruption on social media, with three other women coming out to claim he raped them as well. Jub Jub denies all the allegations, however. And he’s demanding a retraction and an apology.
