South African singer and entrepreneur DJ Zinhle is in the news again. This time it has nothing to do with her way of mourning her former boyfriend AKA but for the heist that reportedly took place at her store. According to reports, a former employee had stolen producers worth R96k from her business and she had had the employee arrested.
According to reports, the former employee used to work t the Era by DJ Zinhke shop in Menlyn, Tshwane. The songstress had reportedly become suspicious of the employee and “trapped” her, eventually discovering that the employee had been stealing from her. So she had her arrested.
The suspect was reportedly arrested in January this year and taken to the Pretoria Magistrate Court.
DJ Zinhle had reportedly directed her friends to the store to buy some items. However, when she showed up at the store later and wanted to know how much was sold for the day, the salesgirl gave her R200. That made her suspicious because her friends had shopped there earlier.
She and her friends had to storm the salesgirl’s house, where they discovered several stolen products in her house.
This isn’t the first time someone had stolen from her business, however. An employee had reportedly stolen R500k from her previously.
