Drake Donates $100,000 USD To Bail Out Protesters Across The US

Drake donates $100k to bail out George Floyd protesters in the US

Drake Floyd donates $100k to bail out protesters of George Floyd’s killing across the US.

Since the death of African American man, George Floyd at the hands of a policeman (who knelt on his neck for over 8 minutes), protesters have taken to the streets of the US. Even all over the world, people continue to protest against the killings of innocent African Americans in the country by the police.

Drake has now donated $100k to bail out protesters who get arrested in the process. The 33-year-old rapper shared a receipt of his donation to National Bail Out via his Instagram story. This happened after he was encouraged by Mustafa The Poet to support the cause.

Mustafa had donated $400 and challenged Drizzy and The Weeknd to do the same. It’s nice to see that Drake took the challenge and did. Hopefully, Abel does the same. Asides the Toosie Slide hitmaker, various other celebs have donated to the cause, including Chrissy Tiegen and more.
