E! has unveiled the red carpet for the 2024 Met Gala.
Themed the Garden of Time, the Met Gala is happening today in New York City. Of course, we’re all excited. According to The South African, “The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s forthcoming exhibition, Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion, sets the stage for this year’s gala.”
Co-chairs Bad Bunny, Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, and Chris Hemsworth will be heading the entire event. The stars will reportedly emerge from The Mark Hotel and The Pierre Hotel. There will be exclusive interviews with TV host Ross Mathews which will take place on the iconic Met steps.
The event will also feature a star-studded panel which includes reporter Zuri Hall, model Lily Aldridge, and fashion maven Zanna Roberts Rossi. Also on hand to share their insights on the looks, Designers Christian Cowan and Christian Siriano will not be missing in action.
The New York Times reports that the Met steps will be graced by top stars including A$AP Rocky, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Beyoncé, Harry Styles, Rihanna, Cardi B, Billie Eilish, and Zoë Kravitz, and more.
Riri says she’ll be toning things down this year. “I’m coming in as an extra this year,” she told E! News, “I know you think I’m lying—it’s chill.”
