Iconic rappers Eminem, Nas, and more will feature on LL Cool J’s forthcoming album.
One project to look forward to this year is LL Cool J’s untitled album. We waited a decade for this, and now it’s coming. The famous emcee has been hinting at the album for a while now. Its release will coincide with Hip Hop’s 50th anniversary.
LL Cool J’s album will get guest features from Eminem. In 2014, Em was expected to be on his way “G.O.A.T 2” album, but the project was shelved. He let fans know that it would still happen. In a comment to Billboard in 2016, he said,
“He actually did his vocals and everything. It really happened. I want the overall project to be good. Em is my man and I love him. He’s also a friend of mine, so we’ll definitely get it poppin’. The world has been waiting for that. They’ll get it the right way and it’s gonna be amazing.”
The album will also feature Nas, Rick Ross, Fat Joe, and Saweetie. A Tribe Called Quest’s Q Tip will be in charge of production.
