Fans of Blood And Water have every reason to smile and the series has just renewed for season 2, thanks to the splendid reviews of the first season.
In a clip shared on Twitter on 15 June 2020 on Netflix South Africa page, the director of Blood And Water, Nosipho Dumisa, informed the cast the flick will renew for a second season. Expectedly, the cast was excited about the renewal.
Well, so are the fans who had watched the soaraway first season. This much is apparent from the responses to the tweet of 15 June.
The lead actress in the flick, Ama Qamata (Puleng Qumalo), thanked everyone who had watched and supported the show. Her feeling is one of gratitude, according to her.
By the way, the first season of Blood And Water Premiered on 20 May 2020. The season unraveled an engrossing tale of suspicion between siblings, one of them unaware of her relationship with the other… until the end of the first season.
More is expected to unravel as the second season of the show premieres.
