Fans of South African rapper Emtee might be in for a treat of sorts, as the songster has indicated his intensely anticipated “DIY 3” album might drop in 2024. The songster has already released “DIY” and “DIY 2,” so what he hinted at is the third iteration of his “DIY” series.
Taking to his official X page, the songster had dropped a laconic message which his fans read to mean that the album will drop next year. Of course, 2023 is almost over, so it’s only sensible that he should push things to next year and open it up with some great beats.
But from the reactions to his post, it was clear that while fans are cool with him dropping the project next year, they would also love to see him treat them to something from the project first. Some are depressing their desire that he releases at least two songs now, and then follow it up with the whole album.
Well, nothing is set in stone at the moment and Emtee himself has not made any assurances. Fans can only wait and see how things pan out. At any rate, as usual, of course, you can count on us to share with you whatever he should release.
