Piano star Focalistic hits the stage with Nigerian singer Davido for his AWAY Festival in Atlanta, Georgia.
We must confess that we are so proud of Focalistic and how far he has come. The Piano star has taken the sound beyond borders, performing to screaming fans who repeat the words of his songs to him. It all began when he dropped the game-changing jam, “Ke Star,” with Nigerian singer Davido and our very own Vigro Deep.
Foca recently hit the stage at the State Farm Arena for Davido’s AWAY Festival and killed it. The festival also saw performances by Grammy nominee Musa Keys, King Promise, and Mayorkun. Foca had the crowd screaming, “Yebo.”
He once spoke to TshisaLIVE about taking Piano beyond borders and said,
“I’m grateful for the talent, that I’m from SA, that I’ve experienced life the way I’ve experienced it and can be in a position to say I want this and that to change. As much as we try to go hard everyday to make the changes, you can start seeing the small differences. I’m grateful I can make a difference. I’m grateful that I come from such a talented country, and I’m proudly South African. I always say I’m a global person moving through the world, but I’m proudly South African, proudly Pitori.”
