French Montana and His Associates Get Charged With A Lawsuit of Sexual Assault and Battery

French Montana and his associates have been charged with sexual assault.

American-Moroccan rapper, French Montana has been accused of sexual assault. The accuser alleged that the rapper sexually assaulted her in his home in 2018.

Based on a lawsuit filed on Thursday in L.A Superior Court, French Montana was leveled with the accusation that he assaulted an intoxicated woman.

The accuser, who is identified as Jane Doe, sued French Montana for sexual battery, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, assault and battery, and more. French Montana and his employee, Mansour Bennouna, are named in the lawsuit. It was alleged that around the 28th of March, 2018, the accuser got invited to a recording studio. In the studio, French Montana and his employee, Bennouna, were ‘working.’

It is alleged that French Montana and Bennouna were ‘drinking and using drugs’ in the recording studio. They offered the woman drinks and thereafter invited her to French Montana’s home in Hidden Hills, Calif.

The documents assert that the woman arrived there around 6:00 am. About thirty minutes later, she went outside to engage in a telephone conversation with a friend. She was, however, ‘unable to carry on with the conversation.’ She returned to his kitchen and even though she was desperate to leave, the woman was encouraged to ‘take a shot.’

The woman stated that she blanked out after taking the drinking, hence, couldn’t consent to sexual activity. She, however, recalled that several men came out of the bedroom. She is certain that French Montana was one of the men.

The accuser further explained how she woke up in a room feeling ‘confused’ and ‘intoxicated’ and how she had felt pain in several areas of her body. She also explained the compromising state she had found Bennouna, who was laying behind her.

The woman has been experiencing depression, anxiety, and some other emotional distress that has affected her acting and modeling careers.

The lawsuit further stated how French Montana has:

had a longstanding practice of inviting women to their recording sessions, or choosing women at bars, and inviting them back to the Hidden Hills house.

Karim Kharbouch, popularly known by the stage name French Montana, has not publicly reacted to the allegations leveled against him.
