The “Future” is now, so it was easy to fork over $16.3 million for a Miami mansion for the American rapper. Yup, Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, long famous by the adopted stage name Future, has just added a ten-figure property to his real estate portfolio.
The expensive home is on Allison Island in Miami Beach, one of the choicest locations in the area.
According to multiple sources, the property measures 8,897 square and has seven bedrooms, all steeped in luxury. In addition, it has a master bedroom with a private balcony that reportedly spans the entire length of the home – something fit for a king.
Future himself did not make the purchase directly (allegedly) but was represented in the deal by Jordan Karp, while Dina Goldentayer represented the sellers. Since the news broke about the purchase, social media has been abuzz.
However, Future himself has said nothing about it on social media. On Instagram, where such stuffs are usually shared, his page shows nothing. His last post on the platform was made months ago and affirmed the message of the title of his latest album.
Anyway, as one of his fans noted on Twitter. Future surely knows how to live life. Not bad for one who loves life on the fast lane.
