The last thing we need right now is another sad news of an artist’s demise. Unfortunately, based to new reports, Gqom musician, Njabulo Zondi aka Biggie has died. The shocking news broke yesterday, Wednesday, July 1st and we can’t get over it.
According to reports, Njabulo Zondi had problems with his heart. He was rushed to hospital two weeks ago after suffering a heart failure. He had been placed under medical care since then. The singer is said to have succumbed to the illness the previous night, Tuesday, June 30.
The news was shared by his manager, Ngcebo Mdima who said they were hoping he would recover but “things just changed”. His family was called and informed that he was on life support but he died later on. Biggie was signed to Charlie Communications and recently released a new single titled “Lokishi Lami”.
