Grammy Award-winning DJ, Black Coffee, “Ends” Summer with a bang this Sunday

Following a successful national events series, owing to popular demand, Corona Chasing Sunsets will close the season with a final event in Johannesburg on April 10th, featuring South African superstar and newly minted Grammy Award-winner, Black Coffee, and international DJs Andhim and Elderbrook.

To take place at Altitude Beach Club, Johannesburg, the stellar line-up also includes DJs Abby Nurock and Roz and will come on the heels of the Corona Sunsets Festival to be held in Clifton, Cape Town, on April 9th

As arguably the biggest DJ in Africa, having ridden the growing global interest in South African beats and now Grammy Award winner for best Electronic Dance Album for “Subconsciously”, Black Coffee will bring his inimitable Afrocentric dance style to the occasion. Grammy Award-nominated DJ, British DJ/producer, Elderbrook, meanwhile, is a live phenomenon with a knack for creating emotive dance music.

For the first time, Joburg fans will also experience German DJ and producer duo, Simon Haehnel & Tobias Müller, aka Andhim and their “super house” electronic music adventure into the melodic and deep.

“The pedigree and talent of all artists speak for themselves, and we are thrilled to be able to bookend summer with this Corona Chasing Sunsets event. It’s been an exceptional season of amazing sunsets and incredible music. The event on April 10th is truly unmissable and will really end the season off with a bang!” said event organiser Shaun Duwe.

For everyone’s safety, all guests and ticket holders will be required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test to enter the events.
