Here’s Why Cassper Named His Forthcoming Album “Solomon”
SA Hip Hop star Cassper Nyovest reveals why he named his forthcoming album “Solomon.”
Cassper Nyovest’s next album is one of the most anticipated projects this year. It was meant to drop this month, but the release date was pushed back. He opened up about naming the album “Solomon,” which people alleged might be after his best friend Carpo, who is also named Solomon.
Speaking to L-Tido, he said, “Carpo’s name is Solomon, but it wasn’t really named after Solomon (Carpo). It was named after the story of King Solomon, but it was also nice that you know he (Carpo) could have that moment,”
“So yeah, it’s titled after the story of King Solomon, one of the wisest and wealthiest men to live, and he had his own flaws. I see myself as like I’m a superhero, but I’m I’ve got my own flaws,” The album is expected later this year.
