Horror Crash In Pretoria Leaves 15 People Dead

Fifteen people have been confirmed dead in a horrific accident near Bundu Inn, Garankuwa, Pretoria, yesterday, Friday, June 10.

It’s unclear what caused the accident, but emergency personnel indicated there was a head-on collision leading to the fatalities.

In all, there were 52 people on the scene, 26 of whom were wounded and receiving treatment. Four reportedly have moderate to severe injuries, and seven are critically injured. At the time of writing, the death toll stood at 15.

The accident is one of the most horrific South Africa has experienced in recent memories. Amid the tragedy, local leaders are calling on drivers to be cautious on the road and not to over speed.
