Naledi Chirw found herself on Mzansi’s trending list after news of her marriage broke online. Chirwa, a member of South Africa’s National Assembly, got married to Mr Khuba over the weekend, which means she is now technically Mrs Khuba.
Pictures of her white wedding are currently flying all over South Africa. With tweeps wishing her a happy married life and others tapping into her blessings so they could get married too.
Naledi Chirwa, 29, was famous as much for her controversies as for anything else. People often point to her as the ideal EFF member – always speaking her mind without bothering about what others might say or think.
While some tweeps congratulated her on the milestone, some used it as an opportunity to joke and laugh at her beliefs.
