For Sam Smith, it is looking like one week, one drama – just about anything to have the cameras clicking or remain in the spotlight. Or, as someone has suggested, it is just his own way of being himself – living his life as he pleases, with attention being the byproduct.
What intrigued many the most recently was the songster turning up in a dramatic latex jumpsuit with inflatable arms at the Brit Awards. But then, anyone conversant with the songster wouldn’t be a tad surprised, He had earlier pulled off an ambitious Grammy stunt, with a red outfit, horns and all.
At the time of the Grammys, he had provoked a section of social media, which saw him as being in the vanguard of Satan worship and tribute to Molech. Of course, for others, he is nothing but an artist expressing himself.
Sam Smith himself shared his latest outfit (to the Brits) on Instagram with a laconic “Brits 2023 đź–¤.” He also shouted out his designer, Harri. He had on thick black heels that complemented his esoteric look.
A look through Harri’s timeline showed that it wasn’t the first inflatable design from the stable.
Well, Sam Smith is breezing through life on his own terms.
