South African actress Nomzamo Mbatha’s profile continues to rise in the country and even beyond, with her latest career bump coming from a recent photo of her and Prine William, the heir to the British Throne.
The scene was the Earthshot Prize event in Singapore, and the South African was on the ground, like many other important figures. The prize has the singular goal of recognising and rewarding those who have been working to combat environmental issues.
For most South Africans. Nomzamo Mbatha’s presence at the event was not nearly as symbolic as being with the Prince of Wals and sharing a picture moment with him and other dignitaries. The actress gave a speech at the event, where he spoke about the role of the prize in combating some of the earth’s challenges, as well as bringing brilliant minds together.
