With media executive NOTA Baloyiyou are sure of one thing, at least – the controversies never stop. The rapper has just illuminated this reality once again with his take on his relationship with Julius Malema, leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), one of the opposition parties in South Africa.
In a recent post on his official account on X, NOTA had noted how Julius Malema followed him 13 years ago only to block him along the line recently. He pointed out that the EFF leader saw him as a threat, hence the decision to block him on the platform.
His claim elicited mixed reactions, from those who thought he had a point and those who wondered why he should have an opinion on everything and anything. You can check out the post below.
13years ago he followed me… I never thought he’d see me as such a threat that he decided to block me on X. It’s tragic that the EFF didn’t discipline him because now they can’t sanction Floyd. They’re bringing each other down now. This is the greatest betrayal of the revolution! pic.twitter.com/1uo2o9H6uo

NOTA is (in)famous for always speaking his mind. And because of his outspokenness, he has riled many celebs and continues to rile many others. He seems to delight in it all. In some instances, he had been forced to apologise when his claims were reportedly found to be false and malicious.
The list of celebs who had come under his hammer includes Emtee, Kwesta, Cassper Nyovest and the late Kiernan “AKA” Forbes.
