Comedy Central’s Roast season is about to start, this time with Khanyi Mbau as the lady to be tossed in the “fire.” Okay, we don’t mean that literally. She’s merely going to face a series of probing questions on the platforms as the hosts make fun of her.
Fair enough, she’s in for the comedy.
Broadcaster Sol Phenduka has been picked as a panel member to grill the actress when she shows up for the event on August 8 at 9 p.m. CAT. Sol is excited to be a part of the panellists, and so are his fans. It’s his time, his season, so the trending hashtag #SolSeason.
Also on the panel to grill Khanyi Mbau this August are Nadia Nakai, John Vlismas and Sello Maake Kancube.
It’s been raining congratulations for Sol Phenduka. The past few weeks have not been perfect for the media personality, though. Previously, he had been massively criticized for joining Kaya FM while still a member of the Podcast and Chill With MacG.
In his defence, he had said it would not affect his role on the podcast. And now the champ has bagged something equally important. Like fans are saying, it’s Sol Season. Congratulations are in order for Sol.
