“Euphoria” star Jacob Elordi is currently being investigated by Australian police for allegedly assaulting a radio producer.
An Australian radio producer, Joshua Fox, known for his work on The Kyle & Jackie O Show, has accused Jacob Elordi of physically attacking him on Saturday. On Monday, Fox shared that the assault happened when he approached the actor and filmed him for a prank to use on the show, and joked about his latest film, “Saltburn.”
He made reference to the scene where Elordi’s character masturbates in a bathtub and drains the water, but the “Saltburn” was not into it. He asked him to stop filming and delete the footage. Fox told him he had, but Elordi asked to see his Recently Deleted folder.
Fox said, “I’m thinking, if I delete this footage, there’s no evidence that this encounter happened, and the way [Jacob and his friends are] already surrounding me, I’m thinking something’s going to happen.”
“One of his boys pulls him off of me, and I walk quickly back towards the venue.”
In a shared statement, The New South Wales Police, Australia, said the incident was being investigated.
“Officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command are investigating (the incident) after a man was allegedly assaulted outside a hotel in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.”
“Police were told [at] about 15:30 on Saturday, 3 February 2024, a 32-year-old man was allegedly assaulted by a 26-year-old man. The man did not sustain any injuries. Inquiries into the incident is continuing.”
