Jeff LaBar, Guitarist of Glam Metal Band Cinderella, Dead at 58

Jeff LaBar, guitarist for the metal band Cinderella, is dead, according to a post shared by his son Sebastian on social media. The cause of his death has not been disclosed, nor are details out yet about his funeral. He was aged 58 years.

Describing his father as his hero and his idol, Sebastian had announced his father passed on today (yesterday). About the tragedy, he wrote that he was at a loss for words, yet affirmed his love for his father.

And for those who knew his father and have pictures and videos of all the fun times he had, Sebastian urges they to share, letting them know the gesture will be greatly appreciated.

Founded in 1982 in Pennsylvania, Cinderella had several members, including Denny Carmassi, Tom Keifer, Eric Brittingham and Michael Schermick. Apart from glam metal, the group also had works in dance/electronic, rock, hard rock, heavy metal and blues rock.
