Jub Jub Might Face Arrest After Court Date Gets Postponed

Mzansi rapper and TV presenter Jub Jub is facing a possible arrest as his case got delayed until December.

Jub Jub has been going through the most. Fans have reacted to his recent legal woes after they were made public. According to recent reports, the court case was postponed to December 2023, and the “Uyajola 9/9” star is facing arrest should he fail to appear in court.

In case you forgot, Jub Jub is currently in court over multiple charges of abuse and kidnapping. The Citizen reports that he appeared briefly in court on Wednesday, 8 November 2023, for the 13 assault charges against him.

The publication further reports that the case against the rapper has been postponed to Wednesday, 11 December 2023. This allows his legal team to sort out certain particulars for his defense.

Magistrate Betty Khumalo reportedly told Jub Jub’s team that should he fail to appear in court on the set date, a warrant for his arrest would be authorized. The case also springs from alleged offenses said to have occurred between 2006 and 2010.

Netizens have reacted to the case on social media. While some have called them bogus, others have called for the trial to happen. David Mosia wrote, “This is sad, our government must do something with this tendency of women, abusing the image of men.”
