Ramsay Hunt Syndrome is a rare neurological disease caused by the Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV), the same virus that causes chickenpox and shingles. The disease impairs the nerves involved in facial movements, leading to facial paralysis or palsy.

Symptoms of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome include facial paralysis, red rash and blisters around the ear.

This issue follows another unwelcome news in the Bieber household: Hailey having a blood clot in her brain.

As a result of his current affliction, the Canadian had cancelled his shows.
