The songster didn’t give details of the loss. He merely posted a cryptic message – two heartbreak emojis. Fans were quick to determine something was amiss and showered him with encouraging words.
When it was finally determined that he had lost his child, a storm of condolence messages followed, from other celebs and from fans.
Losing his child during tjis festive period must be particularly painful for the songster. In fact, it has been reported that he cursed 2020 because of his child’s death. The coronavirus pandemic had slowed the music industry a bit. But that was nothing compared to the loss of the child, who was not named.
