Amapiano ace Kabza De Small is having a great run and there’s just no stopping the man. In a move that’s currently generating excitement in the industry, he’s linked up with veteran kwaito collective Big Nuz for a new bop.
There are many reasons to be excited about this collaboration. For one, it’s the first of its kind. Yup. As far as we are concerned, Kabelo has not worked with that collective before.
Founded in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, Big Nuz comprises Mampintsha, R Mashesha, and Danger. The group was formerly signed to DJ Tira’s Afrotainment and delivered notable songs before fizzling out.
Several attempts have been made to revive the group, but not much has come out of them.
Anyway, with the news that Kabza De Small will be releasing a new song in collaboration with that collective, optimism is building that Big Nuz may go big once again in the universe of Mzansi music.
In a post to Instagram, which you can check below, Mampintsha announced the collaboration with Kabza De Small.
The musos have not revealed exactly when they’re dropping the jam they’re working on. But then you can count on us to share it with you on release. Stay tuned.
