Kammu Dee believes he was poisoned by a close friend.
Success surely comes with a lot of enemies. At least that’s what Amapiano hit maker, Kammu Dee believes. The talented music maker who was recently rushed to the hospital as a result of a poisoning has alleged that it was done to him by an ally who is threatened by his success.
You may know him from many hit songs including Lorch, Ama-Uber and more. Speaking to TshisaLIVE, he revealed that the person who poisoned him may have been jealous because he has a new song with Cassper Nyovest. According to him, on the way to the hospital, he kept vomiting a yellowish substance which the doctor confirmed was due to a poisoning.
He revealed that he usually shares drinks with friends, and believes that the poisoning may have happened then. He however doesn’t want to point fingers because he isn’t sure about it but suspects the people in his circle. He was reportedly rushed to Lesedi Clinic in Johannesburg, but is home now recovering.
He said,
“The week before lockdown I was from many places. I soon experienced some headaches and on the fifth day, I collapsed. My family found me laying on the floor and they took me to the hospital.”
On the way to the hospital, I was vomiting some yellow substance and when the doctors checked me, they found out that I had been poisoned. I don’t know what I ate or drank… I can’t remember because I usually don’t mind sharing a drink with my friends.”
“I thank God for protecting me from evil people. Maybe some people are jealous of my newfound fame and the song I have with Cassper Nyovest hence they wanted me gone but that’s not going to happen”
