American rapper Kanye west has applied for joint legal and physical custody of the four children he had with estranged wife Kim Kardashian as the two formalize their divorce.
The songster had said in the past that he had been trying to divorce his wife. Anyway, it looks like what he’s always wanted he’s about to get.
But in deciding to leave his wife, he would still love to have his kids around. The songster is reportedly found of his kids (North West, Saint West, Psalm West and Chicago West).
Previously, both Ye and Kim had stated their commitment to co-parenting. But then, it is expected the kids will in reality spend more time with their mother.
By the way, neither will be paying spousal support to the other. They’re both well off; Kim recently joined Kanye west in the billionaires’ club. Also, with a prenuptial agreement in place, the two should have easy sailing with the divorce.
The new that Kanye West had applied for joint physical and legal custody generated mixed reactions online. Some fans think it cool, especially since the songster will not be paying spousal support to Kim and vice versa.
