Kanye West To Rap On New Album

Iconic rapper, Kanye West speaks on music, fashion, politics, and so much more, in a new cover story for GQ Magazine.

A great thing to keep us entertained during this period of self-distancing is a brand new interview from no other than the multi-award-winning rapper who has played a major role in the world of hip hop, Kanye West.

Earlier this year, the globally-recognized rapper met up with GQ Magazine for a new cover story. This has been revealed for May 2020.

The new issue of GQ Magazine will feature the current life and faith of the talented rapper as well as his upcoming music goals, his political preference as we head into the next election, the YEEZY brand, and so much more.

The interview is entertaining and you would be looking forward to reading. There are, however, several stand-outs in the interview, such as his statement about a possible return to rap.

When Kanye West was asked about his upcoming album, the rapper stated that we might just be lucky to witness a new album from him. Remember that the forty-two-year-old rapper had once revealed that he will never make secular music again.

Kanye said:

I was thinking of not rapping again, because I rapped for the devil so long that I didn’t even know how to rap for God. Then one of my pastors told me, ‘My son just said that he would want a rap album about Jesus from Kanye West.’ He didn’t say, ‘Kanye West, you should do this,’ or ‘you need to do this.’ He just told me something that a child said. And that one thing made the difference.

Speaking about whether he would be voting this year and who he would be voting for, Kanye West said:

No, I’m definitely voting this time. And we know who I’m voting on. And I’m going to be told by the people around me and the people that have their agenda that my career is going to be over. Because guess what: I’m still here! Jesus Is King was No. 1.
