In case you’re wondering what’s up, Kate Beckinsale has had enough of the world telling her what she should look like. She has finally addressed the criticism she gets for her looks.
Daily Mail reports that the movie star shared an Instagram post, revealing throwback snapshots from last year’s Halloween bash. It included her in an old man costume, reminiscent of the late J. Howard Marshall.
She is seen wearing a wrinkly bald face mask, and she said, “New deal. This is all you’re getting.” That should serve her haters right.
She continued,
“Hope it is less triggering and more what you consider age-appropriate. Sayonara, b*s.”
Addressing the plastic surgery rumours and age obsession that she also gets thrown into, she said,
“Every time I post anything, I am accused of having had unrecognisable surgery. Using Botox using fillers /being obsessed with looking younger, and it’s such a tiresome and subtly vicious way to bully a person.”
“Life happens – I have aged, everybody ages; I’m not too concerned about ageing because I found my father dead at the age of 5.”
Kate also recreated Anna Nicole Smith’s infamous nuptials, with a friend posing as the late model.
