KDDO Pays Tribute To AKA After Their Collaboration “Company” Drops

Nigerian producer Kddo pays tribute to the late rapper AKA following the release of their collaboration “Company” from his forthcoming album “Mass Company.”

With AKA, the music is always top-notch. The famous rapper was preparing to release his next album, “Mass Country,” when he was shockingly murdered in Durban on February 10.

His family has announced that the album will still be released on the scheduled date, 24th February. He previously dropped the singles “Lemons (Lemonade),” “Paradise” featuring Gyakie & Musa Keys, and “Prada” featuring Khuli Chana. A week before the album drops, another single has been released from it.

It is titled “Company” and is a collaboration with Nigerian producer Kddo. Fans have praised the song, calling the late rapper “ahead of his time.” Paying tribute to Supa Mega, Kddo wrote on social media on Friday morning,

“I know how much this project meant to you. You put your heart and soul into this s***, and that’s one thing we shared, the passion for creating undeniable art. We planned to shut the continent down together again like we did in ’19 and take it global this time. It feels so surreal, so painful.”
