Another leg of Somizi’s pre-birthday party was held in Pretoria and many of his fans were on the ground to perform and to celebrate with him. Among these friends is Kelly Khumalo.
The others are DJ Zinhle, Shimza, Sun El-Musician, Snova (Vusi Nova). It was a time to make merry as one artiste after the other shared good music and drove fans into the spirit of celebration.
It was particularly memorable for Kelly Khumalo as she had the time of her life. She would take to Instagram later to share a snippet of her performance. In the caption, she had noted that she had a wonderful time and was still recovering.
Kelly Khumalo’s invitation to and performance at the party is nothing surprising. He’s one of the close friends of the host, Somizi. The former Idols SA judge had invited her on one of his trips with Vusi Nova, and the trio had a wonderful time.
Interestingly, Vusi Nova (Snova), who was also at the party, recently had an altercation with Somizi. The two almost came to blows. Somizi had apologized by fringing flowers and a sumptuous meal to Vusi’s crib.
Somizi’s birthday – the real thing – is on 23 December. That’s three days from now.
