Kelly Khumalo releases the acoustic version of her hit song “Empini”.
Kelly Khumalo is really not playing around this year. The talented singer and business woman has been putting in work since the beginning of the year. She’s readied her album “The Voice Of Africa” for release and is now counting down the days till it drops.
She has dropped the acoustic version of the album’s second single “Empini”. The new video was shot at the Universal Music Group studios in Rosebank, Johannesburg. We hear it was directed by her frequent collaborator and friend Legend Manqele, who is also credited for the filming of her reality show.
The new video features just Kelly and a keyboardist. She employs the same tactic she used for the album’s first single “Udithatha Kancinci”. The Voice Of Africa album is scheduled to be released on October 9. Check out the new video of the Empini acoustic version below.
