Kendrick Lamar’s Short Film, “We Cry Together,” Excite Fans

In a recent tweet via his verified Twitter page, the songster had announced the short film and shared a link through which fans might assess it. Clicking that link takes one to the YouTube video, which is available at the end of this post.

Since its release in the first week of September, the video has been viewed over 2.8 million times, which means that almost ten per cent of Kendrick Lamar’s 11.3 million subscribers have watched the flick.

The flick might be short, but it’s pretty memorable and has fans reaming in excitement and pleasure. Apparently, it resonated with most of them. May e the appeal of the number shouldn’t be surprising because the songster had “Damn” won a Pulitzer already for his creative effusions.

It’s unclear how long the short film would have Kendrick Lamar fans purring with pleasure, but then the songster had already made an impact in the hearts of his fans — what counts.
