After dropping out more than 10 years ago, South African rapper Khuli Chana announced he’s returned back to school.
Heading back to school after more than a decade has got the songster emotional. In a tweet, he informed his fans about his latest academic journey, indicating he was about to begin a presentation.
He referenced his hit song “Buyile,” stating that he is recreating, repositioning himself. It might not be easy, according to him, but he’s determined to win. He thanked his wife Lamiez Holworthy for encouraging bim; he also thanked his fans for making his song “Buyile” blow up. You can check out his post below
Khuli Chana is but one of a few South African musicians who have indicated interest in returning to school after making a success of music. Another musician who had shared plans of returning to school is DJ Black Coffee.
By the way, Khuli Chana is currently working on a new album titled “Khuliyano” – a play on his name and the nickname for amapiano. He said he’s tired of the politics in hip hop.
