Kwesta “Takes Full Responsibility” For Past Mistakes

Kwesta has taken responsibility for his fallout with his former manager Nota Baloyi. He admitted he made a few bad decisions, some of which are being corrected.

Among others, Nota had accused Kwesta of misappropriation of funds and of owing artistes like Kid X, DJ Maphorisa, and Makwa R8 million. Nota insists Kwesta and Leroy, other business associate, are the reason RapLyf and other music businesses they collectively owned collapsed.

On these allegations, Kwesta refused to address Nota directly, but admitted that he made some mistakes and takes full responsibility. He regretted the fact that nota has refused to have a face to face discussion with him and expressed sadness at the way things have turned between him and the people he used to work with.

Insisting he would not entertain accusations and counter accusations, he stated that his biggest mistake was that he gave some people the impression that they owned him as an artiste.

Another mistake of his, according to him, is that he got into a serious relation without a formal binding contract.
