Piano hitmaker Lady Du shows gratitude to the artists who gave her a platform to shine when she was nothing.
Just like we always say, every famous artist has a story of how they rose recognition. While most would instead not credit the people who helped them up, Lady Du is doing things differently.
The Piano singer and producer recently took to social media to show love to the artists who helped her with a platform that opened doors for her. She shared a video of herself with rapper Boity Thulo and revealed that she and NaakMusiq helped give her a platform to shine.
The “Gupta” star revealed that appearing in that video changed her life. Naak had hired her as a vocal coach and songwriter for Boity, and the rest became history. She showed her gratitude to them and prayed for more blessings upon them.

I’ve been looking for this video today it came as a memory, here are the people that deserve credit for my blow up, people that gave me a platform when no one else believed in me. I’ve been writing songs for a lot of artists, serious hit songs, if I can tell you you’d pass out, but they kept quite, and that’s fine. @iamnaakmusiq @bashvision @boity hired me as a vocal coach and song writer for Boity. After this episode I had sooo many people call me for song writing, and that’s when people noticed I’m actually talented. Today I’d like to thank you guys for this!!!!!!!
