Lady Zamar Allegedly In Legal Battle With Driver Over Unpaid Fee

It appears like “Buttefly” songstress Lady Zamar is headed for a serious legal tussle with a man who she alleged employed as a driver from 2018 to sometime in 2019.

A report by Daily Sun indicates that Lady Zamar owed the driver, who has been identified as Thabank Litsaone, R52, 542. The report also indicated that he had been trying to get his money from her before resorting to legal action.

According to the driver, the celebrated singer owed him the sum for the rental of his vehicle as well as significant damage done to the car while in use by the singer. He said when the car was returned, the windscreen had cracks and the back seat was damaged.

Lady Zamar had allegedly promised to settle Thabank Litsaone after settling other people but failed to do so. According to Thabank Litsaone, his wife had to contact the singer at some point but she ended up blocking her and vowing not to pay.

This forced him to head to court to seek redress. It has been reported that the court has asked to singer to pay an additional 10 percent to fix the damage to the vehicle.

Lady Zamar’s camp is yet to comment on the controversy.
