Not long ago, a lady shared her story of moving into a new apartment in December last year and how she was only able to afford furniture for the apartment two months later. She shared a picture of herself with a glass of wine celebrating her win.
Her story, which was shared on Twitter, moved many including the wife of rapper Khuli Chana, Lamiez Holworthy, who described it as beautiful, admitting it warmed her heart.
The SABC-1 presenter and radio DJ didn’t stop there, however, as she offered to buy the lady another gift for her home, if the lady should allow her to.
Lamiez Holworthy’s offer was just as moving as the lady’s story, and many commended her for it. Others hitched on this show of magnamity, stating their need and those of their friends and asking her to help. And yet others – the enterprising ones -suggested appropriate gifts for the lady’s home, letting the DJ know they stock those and could do with her patronage.
