Lasizwe Seeks Help From Fans Over YouTube Channel With Almost 800k Subscribers As He Launches New Channel

A new year is here, and for South African comedian Lasizwe, it marks the beginning of new things. He has just announced he is launching a new YouTube channel and sought the advice of his fans on what he should do with his old channel which has an impressive subscriber base of almost 800k.

In a recent post on his verified Instagram page, he shared a clip from a video he posted on YouTube, thanking fans for their support so far.

In the old youtube channel where he announced the creation of a new channel, he noted that creating the video announcing the switch was pretty difficult, especially as YouTube is his first home. While he thanked everyone who has been supporting him, he also noted that it was time to pivot into a new era.

While he is thinking of deleting the old channel, fans have advised him not to do so but to allow the channel to reach 1 million subscribers. Others used the opportunity to let him know that they love him and the work he has been doing with his channel.

The newly created YouTube channel is called The Africa Network and already has 5.53k subscribers. It, however, has no videos yet.
