South African rapper Riky Rick is currently the talk of the Rainbow Nation- sadly, it’s not because he’s won a Grammy award. Mzansi is merely recalling the times of the great man and how he lived his life until his sudden death on February 23.
At the “Boss Zonke” rapper’s funeral were several fans, family, and friends. Legends Barbershop CEO Sheldon Tatchell was also on the ground, and he paid tribute to the late rapper at the service.
Riky Rick was associated with the brand until his death. In fact, at some point, he was thought to be the face of the brand.
\speaking at the funeral service, Sheldon spoke of giving Riky Rick his last haircut, noting that he was honored for that. In retrospect, it wasn’t easy. You can check out the clip below.

Riky Rick took his own life on the morning of February in his studio, which was pretty close to his apartment. The Rainbow Nation had not seen it coming, and many were aghast to hear the news.
It’s been a rain of tribute since then. As most of his fans have been saying, he left a legacy and he will not be forgotten. Adieu, Riky Rick.
