The Mis South Africa crown has found a new head. Meet Ndavi Nokeri, the winner of the Miss SA beauty contest. She “dusted” over a dozen beauties to emerge winner of the highly coveted crown.
The Limpopo-born beauty was crowned winner of the Miss SA beauty contest over the weekend, provoking a storm of congratulations across South Africa.
Ndavi Nokeri is not some accidental manifestation of the beauty platform, though. She wanted to be a beauty queen and spent two years working on herself to be worthy of the platform when she eventually decided to contest.

It would turn out to be one of the best decisions she ever took, for not only did she make it to the list of contestants, she ultimately won the coveted crown. She isn’t new to the world of beauty contests, though, having won the Miss Jozi beauty contest in 2019.
Nokeri, 23, hold a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Pretoria. Before she e=ventured into the Miss SA contest, she had worked at an asset management firm. One of her co-workers was surprised at how fast her life had transformed since she contested, and he said the same on Twitter.
