Listen To The Weeknd’s New Album Dawn FM

“Album out now (link in bio).” That was how Abel Tesfaye, long famous by the adopted stage name The Weeknd, announces his “Dawn FM” album – his very first this year.

From the screenshot of the conversation the songster shared, the project was in the works for some time, but he only just decided to release it.

The project bears 16 tracks in all and featured contributions from Tyler, The Creator, Lil Wayne, and others. The Weeknd partly produced some of the songs in the project.

Others who got production credits include Oscar Holer, Max Martin, Quincy Jones, Daniel Lopatin, Tyler Okonma, Bruce Johnston, Rex Kudo, Dwayne Carter, Matt Cohn, and Calvin Harris.

“Dawn FM” album sounds like a great start to the year. The Weeknd managed to weave multiple experiences into one splendid whole that’s as inviting as can be. To listen to the project is to want to listen to it.

The weekend is almost upon us, and really if you should ask, we’d have no qualms saying that “Dawn FM” album is one compilation that ought to be on your playlist this weekend and beyond. The compilation is worth every second of its playtime – a winner on many levels.
