MacG pulled off another podcasting coup with a recent encounter with kwaito veteran Kabelo Mabalane on the set of PodcastandChillWith MacG.
Kabelo Mabalane is one of the notable figures in kwaito music in South Africa. The songster might not be in the news these days but he already has several sterling numbers to his name, including “Pantsula 4 Life” and “The Final Countdown.”
In the interview, MacG traced the songster’s musical career as well as life in the pandemic. For Kabelo Mabalane, music is cathartic, especially so now when nothing is assured.
