Lourdes Leon, the daughter of popstar Madonna, has been announced as the new face of Marc Jacob for its spring campaign this year.
Lourdes was announced as the new face for the spring collection yesterday 16 February with splendid images of her rocking some of the products from the fashion line. You can check out some of them below.
On what inspired the shoot for it, spring collection, the Marc Jacobs brand had explained in a statement that it was inspired by “eclecticism and an individualized approach to personal style.”
The statement also indicated that the choice of Lourdes Leon was based on the Marc Jacob’s “long-storied history” with the “hung Up” songstress.
By the way, Lourdes “Lola” Leon, 24, is unlike her mother, 62. Lola keeps a low profile. In fact, the singer and model only opened a public Instagram account in January. With her role as the new face of Marc Jacobs, she may not be able to keep a low profile for too long. Or what do you think?
