Maggz’s Startling Claims About Bongani Fassie

Mzansi musician Maggz has just claimed that he almost went to jail because of Bongani, the only surviving son of the late pop icon Brenda Fassie.

Maggz was speaking to MacG and his pals on the set of Podcast and Chill With MacG when he made the revelation. Asked about his relationship with Bongani, he didn’t hesitate making it clear they’re not cool anymore although they used to be collaborators.

He recalled Bongani calling him one day to help him move his equipment and he’d come to help in good faith. But then the music producer Lance Stehr had popped on the scene and asked what the hell were they trying to move his shit. The case was taken to court and Maggz claimed he was going to court for two years and would have spend about five years in jail.

At the moment, he’s made it clear he doesn’t want to have anything to do with Bongani. Incidentally, Bongani had accused Lance of introducing him to cocaine. A furious Lance Stehr had sued Bongani as well as Moja Love, the broadcaster of the show Finding Bongani.

Well, what do you think of Maggz’s claim he almost went to Jail because of Bongani Fassie?
