Major League DJz, DJ Lag & Elaine To Represent South Africa In YouTube #BlackVoices Music Class Of 2022

Elaine, Major League DJz & DJ Lag have been selected to represent South Africa in YouTube Black Voices Music Class Of 2022. The class will also include artistes from other countries, including Nigeria and Brazil.

Expectedly, the Mzansi acts are all excited to join the class next year.

DJ Lag will be joining the class as a songwriter and producer. The songster describes his music as an extension of his personality. He’s one of the most recognized South African DJs out there and was recently featured by the prestigious DJ Mag.

Famous for turning her feelings into art, Elaine, an R&B singer, hs got a voice that warms the soul. She had first gained serious attention with a body of work called “Elements” EP, which warned her some award nominations. She’ll be bringing that sterling voice of hers to the class.

Major League DJz, which is made up of the twin brothers Bandile and Banele Mbere, is among the leading amapiano groups out there, with a mission to take the piano message to the ends of the earth. The group was initially into hip hop music but ditched that genre for amapiano along the line.
