Mampintsha adds finishing touches to Babes Wodumo’s second album as they prepare for May release date.
Some of us saw this day coming when Babes Wodumo would announce the coming of her second studio album. The self-acclaimed Queen of Gqom has been very much visible this year, so we have been expecting huge announcements.
On Sunday, May 3rd, Mampintsha took to his Instagram page to reveal new details about the forthcoming album. According to him, he is in the process of adding finishing touches to the album to have it ready in the ending dates of May. The project is expected to be the follow up to her debut album “Queen Of Gqom, Vol. 1” which dropped in 2016.
However, we doubt that the odds are in her favour as Amapiano ended Gqom a while ago. Also, Mzansi has recently been more into the most recent dance queen, Kamo Mphela who everyone believes ended Babes’ reign. Mampintsha also announced that they are working hard to have the album available for pre-order at the ending of the month.
